Agency Fees Contract with seller

Any person or company (vendor) who advertises their land, property or commercial interest (from now on referred to as the property) on Propertiesinmauritius.com, whether through free or paid advertising, is subject to an agency fee equal to 1.75% of the total sale value. The fee is made upon successful completion of the sale. The fee applies to any sale that is made either directly or indirectly as a result of the property being advertised on the propertiesinmauritius.com website.

The agency fee of 1.75% will be paid to Properties in (Mauritius) .com Limited by way of deduction from the sales proceeds in the form of a bank draft or bank transfer upon completion (on the day of signing the contract).

For rental properties the agency fee is equal to one months rent if the rental agreement is more than 1 year or 10% of the total rental income if it is less than 1 year. This fee is payable by the landlord (person or company receiving the rental income) to in (Mauritius) .com Limited upon signing the rental agreement. The payment should be made by bank transfer or bank draft.

This contract can be terminated at any time by either calling us or sending a letter or email. It is important to know that if we brought a client to view your property at no point you should try to solicit the client to buy your property directly with you as this will be considered as a breach of contract and we will consider legal action.

I confirm that I as the vendor/landlord* have read and understood the above and agree to abide by the terms of this contract.
